About Me

My philosophy is SIMPLE.  What I mean is exactly that!  I teach the game in simplistic and uncomplicated ways using relatable terms and visual analogies that works for the individual.  I find that most people start out with so many misconceptions about the game, the mechanics, and the way "break-throughs" are accomplished, that they get lost in the process and never reach their hidden potential.  The way you think and feel about your results and how you measure success and failure often can determine your golf development.

I commit to instruct each person individually.  Explore what my student's goals are and empower them to reach their "hidden potential".  The key to learning is increased awareness and confidence.  Always keeping the game enjoyable regardless of your ability is essential to climbing to the next level.  My focus as an instructor and coach is for my students to recognize that golf has endless possibilities with the right effort, focus and awareness.

Creating a non-intimidating environment that builds friendships, promotes sportsmanship, and encourages the growth and longevity of the game.

I was born in Westford, MA also home to the LPGA Hall of Fame Pat Bradley.  My father was a childhood friend with Pat and as a kid growing up whenever we would hear the cowbell sound off, we all knew Pat Bradley had won again and her parents were proud!  Hearing the cowbell and seeing the excitement of everyone in town caught my attention and introduced me to the "idea" of golf.  I grew up in Clearwater, FL and started playing golf at the age of 13 and immediately lived the saying "Eat, Sleep, Golf".  Growing up with a father, mother and sister who loved the game as much as I did was a true blessing.  Sharing quality time traveling to tournaments or simply playing together was priceless.  At a young age, I was very fortunate to be surrounded by great influences.  I worked for the Chi Chi Rodriquez Foundation and was surrounded by Mr. Rodriquez's holistic approach to teaching and mentoring!  During this time I worked with a wonderful female instructor named Karen Kulas who taught several LPGA & PGA players.  She gave me the foundation, encouragement and joy for the game that has helped me see what a great instructor can do!

Developing proper thoughts is a fundamental piece of enjoying the game FOR LIFE!  I have learned through my golf experiences and others that golf can be fun, rewarding, challenging, fulfilling, competitive and charitable.  Keeping realistic expectations and future bound goals are the way to grow into the player you strive to be.  Come with an open mind and the possibilities are endless.
